Mindful breathing on Happiful

I contributed this video on the use and benefits of Mindful breathing to Counselling Directory's 'Happiful' Tiktok page. It is a tool I use with all of my clients to help them ground themselves and connect within themselves better instead of the outside world. This assists in the overall process of therapy by encouraging a safe connection with self. It helps them to slow down for a moment to gather themselves to then make choices as to the path they take next.


Happiful on TikTok is full of short videos with lots of tips to assist, manage and improve your mental health.
