It can be thought that this new word 'Mindfulness' is just a fad, a Buzz word or something a bit airy fairy.
In a faster and more immediate world causing increased stress, anxiety and depression Mindfulness is a much needed antidote to regain a sense of balance and connection with yourself.
I created this visual booklet to help my clients in understanding why and how Mindfulness can be helpful for everybody.
I have learnt from my clients what they need to know in order to engage in it and so tried to approach it this way.

Who is actually listening? ….…..I mean to listen in a way that you really feel heard?
YOU DON'T NEED TO BE AN 'EXPERT' TO LISTEN PROPERLY!
I initially set this campaign up in response to 'its good to talk' campaigns. My question was if we are talking, who is listening? If we really ‘listen’ at a personal and internal level, at a systemic family level, at a friends level or within the workplace and schools, and as a government, then we can prevent problems from becoming a mental health issue that require ‘expert’ listeners.
Here I offer lots of simple tips to help everybody to feel skilled enough to support your friends and family when they reach out to you to talk.
