It can be thought that this new word 'Mindfulness' is just a fad, a Buzz word or something a bit airy fairy.
In a faster and more immediate world causing increased stress, anxiety and depression Mindfulness is a much needed antidote to regain a sense of balance and connection with yourself.
I created this visual booklet to help my clients in undertanding why and how Mindfulness can be helpful for everybody.
I have learnt from my clients what they need to know in order to engage in it and so tried to approach it this way.
